Whether you have an existing landscape in need of help or a blank slate, Mary can help you with all stages of your project from design to installation. Mary views the land holistically in order to go above and beyond aesthetics to create thriving living systems that benefit life in your unique environment.

She brings ease and flexibility to an individualized process that looks different with each client.  She is open to working with clients who wish to do part of the work themselves, as well as to bringing in expert collaborators where it makes sense.   She also is available as a consultant to teach you how to improve and maintain your landscape yourself.

EDIBLE GARDEN maintenance & coaching

Experienced in small scale organic farming, Mary is well suited to help clients navigate the learning curve of starting to grow their own food, or fine tuning their existing edible gardens. She has a special love for incorporating beautiful perennial edibles into landscape design, blurring the traditional lines between landscape and edible.

She offers coaching on everything from irrigation and seed starting to prolonging your harvests and natural pest control. 

She believes we should be developing our own food security wherever possible, and that gardening has significant mental and spiritual health benefits.  Mary takes great joy in helping clients connect to the soil and plants that feed us.
